Good choice for esthetic area. Our zirconia abutment includes a Ti-base and a zirconia upper portion. A full zirconia abutment is not accepted in OAK dental lab. It's easy for zirconia to be fractured at the thinner connector due to it has no elongation, also the abutment screw would be loose after one or two years.
